Ambler Athletic Club (AAC) offers individual 1-on-1 personal training sessions for all ages and ability levels.

AAC’s personal trainers are certified in weight training and other key fitness areas. These range from massage therapy to cardiovascular to senior programs to sport-specific programs.

After an initial meeting with you, our trainers will design a custom workout to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Have a group that you’d like to train with? Consider our group training options. Ambler Athletic Club offers Boot Camp which is a body weight and cardiovascular workout. This helps strengthen muscles, improve endurance, and burn calories.
