Led by fitness expert Amanda Alden, Boot Camp at Ambler Athletic Club (AAC) is a comprehensive full-body workout that combines calisthenics, cardio, and resistance-training (with weights) to give you a lean, toned look!
Boot Camp routines stimulate fat burning through cardio exercise and increase metabolism for long-term fat burning through resistance training. Burn fat faster than ever before!
Classes are designed to build confidence and mental toughness through positive reinforcement for an extra edge in everyday life!
Boot Camp Schedule
Monday – Core Crusher – 6:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesday – Full Body Blast – 6:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday – Full Body Blast – 8:30am-9:30am
Boot Camp Cost
Boot Camp is $10 per session and your first session is free.
